I had many requests for deals to the Mimozas Cannes since my visit last year. I really enjoyed my stay and think it’s the perfect family getaway during the Easter holidays.
I had the pleasure of staying in the Mimozas Cannes Resort in the South of France and immediately fell in love with the place. Recently bought by Irish man Ray Byrne (owner of Wineport Lodge) it has been renovated to offer the perfect destination for a family holiday.
Kids will be happy with the numerous sports and activities available including a playground, tennis court, football pitch and of course a swimming pool. The golf course next door to the complex offers special discounted rates to guests. There family swimming pool has a lively atmosphere but if you want to chill out and relax there are sun loungers strategically positioned around the lake, where you can relax and take in the view. The apartments are brightly furnished and equipped with all mod cons, including free wifi.
The stunning village of La Napoule is a twenty minute walk away or if you fancy hiring a car, you can be in Cannes in ten minutes. La Napoule offers the perfect combination of a small French village with a modern marina. For more information on La Napoule and the surrounding area, read my blog. There are also plenty of great places to bring the kids for some family fun. Marineland, a theme park with polar bears, sharks and dolphins is only a 20 minute drive away or take the train to nearby Monaco and visit the Oceanographic museum.
