I’ve got three Bali holidays below to tempt you: an all-inclusive beach resort, a luxury beach and mountain holiday, and an island-hopping adventure – which one will you choose?
Bali has been on my bucket list for years – and still is! It is one of the world’s most diverse destinations, with stunning beaches, tropical rainforests, hillside temples and remarkable rice fields. Whether you want to explore one of Bali’s 20,000 temples, find your spiritual self in Ubud, chill out on its perfect beaches or party all night, Bali holidays offer something to suit all tastes. Personally I would like to do all of the above. Bali is my idea of the perfect holiday destination with culture, scenery, chill time and a little fun thrown in for good measure!
I have teamed up with Tropical Sky , a tour operator that offers many holidays to Bali and beyond. I have selected three different Bali holidays but Tropical Sky can tailor-make any holiday to suit your requirements. If you want to combine Bali with some of Asia’s vibrant cities or stay longer in a particular resort, just talk to their dedicated sales team and they will organise the perfect holiday for you.

Bali, Lombok & Gili Islands: 13 Nights From €2459 Incl. Flights
Fancy going island hopping in Indonesia? I love this itinerary, in fact I want to book it right now! Your trip starts with a five-night stay in the 5-star Laguna Resort & Spa hotel in Bali. With a super beachfront location and a host of facilities including seven lagoons and pools and a luxury spa, this will get your holiday off to the perfect start.
You will then be transferred by speedboat to Gili Meno for a three-night stay in the 4-star Mahamaya Boutique Resort. Explore this traffic-free island with complimentary bicycles, take to the sea with complimentary kayaks and snorkel with turtles – one of the island’s must-dos! Finish off the day watching the sunset from the hotel’s private beach.
Your final stop is the island of Lombok where you will be staying in the romantic 5-star Hotel Tugu. Wonderfully located on its own private beach with pristine reefs close by, you will love snorkelling here. If you can tear yourself away from the ocean, don’t miss the amazing spa that located inside the remains of an ancient Hindu Temple. The hotel offers a host of activities to help you connect with Indonesia’s culture, including cooking, trekking to a waterfall, how to make a medicinal herbal remedy, and how to release a turtle safely to the sea.

Luxury Bali Beach & Ubud: 10 Nights Multi-Centre Holiday From €2369 Incl. Flights
Start your first day with a complimentary yoga class – this should set the tone for this 5-star luxury Bali holiday! Spend three nights in Bali’s spiritual centre, Ubud, followed by a seven-night stay in one of Bali’s most dramatic cliff top settings. Ubud is home to Bali’s famous rice paddies and some say is even more impressive than Bali’s beach resorts. Luckily this itinerary offers you the opportunity to decide for yourself.
You will be staying for three nights in Maya Ubud Resort & Spa, a luxury hotel in the heart of the forest – with an infinity pool that appears to float over the treetops and a choice of two top-class restaurants, you may not want to leave. However, when in Ubud you should meet the friendly locals, enjoy nature walks or perhaps try a Balinese cooking class. If you want a more active holiday, Ubud is very popular for white water rafting, kayaking and cycling, although yoga, pilates and meditation are what gave this area its global status as one of the world’s best wellness resorts.
