1. Wellness Week in the Algarve, Flights & 4-star Hotel, 13th June, €476pp

The Algarve is a popular choice for Wellness holidays. There are 100 beaches stretching over 150 km of coastline as well as a wide choice of accommodation options to suit all tastes and budgets.
Aer Lingus have return flights to Faro from Dublin for just €132 on the 13th of June, and there are flights from Cork, Knock and Shannon from €206, €275 and €279 respectively with Ryanair.
The highly rated Vale d’ El Rei Hotel & Villas is superbly priced at just €344 per person for a seven-night stay including breakfast. Located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, surrounded by vineyards, this 4-Star hotel boasts a Spa, two pools and a tennis court.
Alternatively chose the relatively new (opened in 2019) 5-Star adult-only Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel which offers a wide selection of health and wellness holiday programmes on-site.
A state of the art fitness centre with yoga and pilates classes, as well as a spa and wellness centre are also available if you don’t wish to partake in any of the dedicated programmes available.

2. 4-Star Holiday to Kos, 22nd August, 1 week, €589pp
Aer Lingus and Ryanair are flying twice weekly to Kos rom Dublin airport, this is in addition to TUI’s weekly charter flight, resulting in lots of great value holiday deals from Ireland to Kos. I found return flights from Dublin to Kos from €169 on the 22nd of August.
There is something to suit everyone in Kos, from relaxing beach resorts on the north coast to buzzing towns on the south coast, as as well as its cosmopolitan capital, Kos Town. Kos is just 40 x 80 kilometres, so it is easy to visit most of the highlights, but you also also take a day trip to Bodrum in Turkey – it is only 20 minutes by ferry from Kos Town, and costs just €25.
The centrally located Alexandra Hotel & Apartments are just €420 for a seven-night stay, or go All Inclusive in the 4-Star Atlantica Thalassa for just €488pp per person. Both are highly rated on TripAdvisor and offer great value for a summer holiday in Greece this year.

3. Group Holiday to Lanzarote, 29th August, 1 week, €452pp
Lanzarote is one of Ireland’s top sun holiday destinations and is a great choice for a friends getaway. There are direct flights available from Dublin, Cork, Shannon and Knock airports. I chose flights departing at the end of August, when most children will be back in school.
Return flights are available from Dublin from €235, Cork from €252, Knock from €280 and Shannon from €343. A two-bedroom apartment in the popular El Dorado apartment is only €217 per person for a seven-night stay, based on four sharing.

4. A week in Sorrento, Flights & 4-Star Hotel, 5th July, €719pp
Looking for holiday deals to the Amalfi Coast this year? Airfares are great value to Naples, even in July! I found return flights for €184 on the 5th of July from Dublin and the 12th of July from Shannon.
A seven-night stay at the highly rated 4-star Prestige Hotel is just €535 including breakfast on the 5th of July and €555 on the 12th of July, and I have many more hotel options in this post:

5. Weekend in Sardinia, Flights & Beachfront Hotel, €233pp ( 2 Nights ) or €279pp ( 3 Nights )

Spend the weekend in sunny Sardinia! Alghero is just 10 minutes from the airport so it is ideal for a short break. I found return flights from €119 in May, departing Dublin early Friday morning and returning late Sunday evening, so you will have three days to explore this pretty city.
Alternatively travel from Cork and stay for three nights. Price for Friday to Monday is only €108 on the 5th of May.
There are many great value hotel options here including the beachfront Hotel Florida which is only €114 per person for a two-night stay, or €171 per person for a three-night stay. Located beside the beach, and 800 metres from the historic centre, it offers the best of both worlds.

6. All Inclusive Holiday to Mexico, 14 nights with Direct flights from Dublin, 3rd July €1897
Did you know there are direct flights to Mexico this summer? TUI has a charter flight to Cancun, which offers great value all inclusive holiday deals from Ireland.
The 4-star RIU Tequila is rated as Excellent on TripAdvisor and has a secluded setting with four pools, including an adult-only pool with swim-up bar, and five restaurants. The centre of Puerto del Carmen is a five-minute taxi ride away if you fancy a change of scene.
Price of €1897 per person includes flights, transfers, checked baggage and a 14 night stay on an all inclusive basis. This includes a discount of €250 per booking when you use the unique code given to you online. The same holiday is €1788 on the 12th of June.
7. Week in Croatia, Flights & 4-Star Hotel Cavtat, 16th August €767pp
Superbly located in the centre of Cavtat, this is one of the areas most sought after hotels. I stayed in the pretty town of Cavtat many years ago and loved its laid back atmosphere and superb dining options.
Dubrovnik is easily reached by the regular ferry service and the stunning bay of Kotor in Montenegro is only a 90 minute drive away.
Price includes return flights from Dublin (€152pp) and a seven-night stay in the 4-star Hotel Cavtat with breakfast included. Flights are also available from Cork airport with Aer Lingus at a cost of €252 per person.

8. All Inclusive Celebrity Cruise to Italy, France & Spain, July €1890pp

If you were following me last year you will know how much I loved Celebrity Beyond cruise ship, so I was delighted to find some great offers available on Celebrity Beyond and its sister Edge Class ships for this summer.
Celebrity Edge will cruise from Barcelona in July and visit Portofino in Italy – this cruise is worth it for that stop alone, La Spezia where you can visit Tuscany and Florence, as well as Corsica and Cannes, before returning to Barcelona for your return flight home.
