10 Winter Holiday Deals From Ireland – All Inclusive Holidays from €680!

From Tenerife to Thailand, Lanzarote to Lapland, I’ve got 10 great winter holiday deals from Ireland to suit all tastes and budgets.

I have teamed up with TUI, who have a wide variety of winter holiday deals from Ireland available. I have self catering and all-inclusive resorts in the Canary Islands, Christmas market breaks, as well as long haul holidays in Dubai and Thailand – there is something for everyone below.

My top picks have received excellent reviews on TripAdvisor, but that’s not all…. ALL deals include flights, transfers and baggage!

Most of the winter holiday deals from Ireland are based on two sharing for seven nights, with the exception of Dubai, Prague and Lapland, but should you wish to change dates or duration, just click on the links below and edit the search to suit your requirements.

1. All Inclusive in Lanzarote from €680pp

Lanzarote is Ireland’s most popular destination for winter sun holidays. TUI have many resorts and accommodation options to choose from, but I found great value in their all-inclusive holidays.

The 4-Star Rio Playa Blanca Hotel is only €680 in January or February for a seven night stay. If you prefer to stay closer to Puerto del Carmen, the 4-star Riu Paraiso is €896 on an all-inclusive basis for seven nights.

Both prices include flights, all meals, drinks, checked baggage and airport transfers. Many more dates are available.

2. Long haul for less in Thailand – Half Board from €1126

For a limited time you can save up to €250 on TUI long haul holidays with a unique code on their website. I found a great deal staying in the 4-Star Sunsuri Phuket Hotel in November, which is just 5-minutes walk from one of Thailand’s best beaches! This hotel is rated as Excellent on TripAdvisor and was a Travellers Choice award winner this year.

Price for a seven-night stay with flights, hotel on a half board basis, checked baggage, and return airport transfers is €1126 per person on the 27th of November.

This hotel stay includes breakfast and evening meal but you can also choose an All Inclusive arrangement for €1372 per person. Many more dates are available.

3. Christmas market breaks – Prague from €416

Did you know TUI offer Christmas market breaks to European cities with flights, hotels and airport transfers included? There is a wide range to choose from, but a two-night break in the top-rated Royal Court Hotel in Prague caught my eye.

Located in the historical court building in the city centre, the Royal Court Boutique Hotel and Spa is newly opened and offers a great base to enjoy Prague’s top attractions and Christmas markets.
Price for return flights with Aer Lingus and a two-night stay in December with breakfast, transfers and baggage is €416 per person.

The Algarve is one of my favourite holiday destinations and is one of the best value winter holiday destinations from Ireland. We visited in February and loved walking the beaches and cycling the boardwalks.

I also love its pretty clifftop villages, great food scene and superb range of sporting and wellness activities, and with winter weather being generally mild, this is the time to enjoy them.

TUI have a wide range of accommodation to choose from including the Vilamoura Golf Hotel e Apartamentos which offer superb value at just €363 per person in January.

If you are looking for some 5-star treatment then check out the Hilton Vilamoura which is only €663 per person for a seven-night stay in February.

Prices include return flights with Aer Lingus and a seven-night stay with transfers and baggage.

5. Winter sun in Gran Canaria from €498

The west coast of Gran Canaria is the most sheltered, making it the perfect choice for winter sun and sea bathing. I found great value in the popular Rocamar apartments in Puerto Rico, priced at just €498 for a seven-night stay in February.

If you prefer to go all-inclusive, the 4-star Mogan Princess & Beach Club is available from €716 in January. Many more dates are available.

Both prices include flights, accommodation, transfers and baggage, and a stay in the Mogan Princess & Beach Club includes meals and drinks too!

6. Flake out in Fuerteventura – All Inclusive from €749

If you want incredible beaches and a laid back vibe, then look no further than Fuerteventura. We spent Easter holidays there this year and loved it.

The Natural Park in Correlejo is home to Grandes Playas – 10km of coastline with white sandy beaches and dramatic sand dunes. People travel from all over the island to spend some time here, but if you stay in the 4-Star Arena Suite Hotel you will only be minutes away.

Price for an all-inclusive stay with flights, transfers, baggage, and all meals and drinks is €749 in January or February. 

7. Try Tenerife – Self Catering from €568 or Luxury All Inclusive from €897

Located just in the heart of Playa de Las Americas, the top-rated Colon 2 apartments are the perfect choice for anyone looking for a winter sun holiday in a lively location. The large outdoor pool is a huge hit with guests and the beach is less than five minutes walk away.

Price for a seven-night stay with flights, transfers and baggage included is only €568 on the 2nd of February.

If you prefer to be pampered, the 4-Star+ All Inclusive Marylanza Hotel is hard to beat. Constantly rated as Excellent on TripAdvisor, this hotel boasts a fine dining restaurant and Teppanyaki, as well as a buffet restaurant with a terrace for al fresco dining. Chilled Cava, a chocolate fountain and themed evenings elevate the dining experience.

There are two pools, including one with in-water seats, as well as a luxury Spa and the location is great too, with Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas just 15-minutes’ walk away.

Price for flights, transfers, baggage and a seven-night stay with all meals and drinks included is €897 in January. 

8. Do Dubai – All Inclusive from €1382

Dubai is a great winter holiday destination if you want sunshine and top attractions to visit. Try a desert safari, go to the top of the world’s tallest building, ski in the worlds largest indoor ski slope, or simply relax on one of its stunning beaches.

We visited Dubai the year before last year had a blast. Activities and dining are expensive, so I recommend booking a hotel with meals included, or better still book an all-inclusive hotel.

TUI have great deals in the 4-star Jannah Palace which is located close to Dubai Marina. This hotel is highly rated on TripAdvisor and is ideally located to enjoy all that Dubai has to offer.

Price for a five-night stay with direct flights, baggage, transfers and breakfast and evening meal included is €1317 in November or €1284 from January – March.  

If you want lunch and drinks included too, go all-inclusive in the 4-Star Towers Rotana for €1382 in November, and €1449 in January or February.

9. Find tradition in Torremolinos

Torremolinos is having a moment. It’s recent regeneration has earned high praise from visitors, mainly due to €3 million investment into the main squares and pedestrian zones.

It is also just a short hop by taxi or train to nearby Malaga, a beautiful city which I recently discovered on a short break. It is particularly festive at Christmas time when the city is covered in two million lights from the 24th of November until the 6th of January.

I suggest staying at the Hotel Pez Espada, it is one of the most iconic hotels on the Costa del Sol and was the first luxury hotel to open here. Celebrities such as Frank Sinatra and Sean Connery were guests, and Frankie’s Bar pays homage to this.

The hotel combines old world charm with modern comforts beautifully and it is just a few minutes’ walk to La Cariheula, Torremolinos’ Spanish quarter known for its tapas bars. Check out the reviews on TripAdvisor if you still need convincing.

Price for a four-night stay with breakfast and evening meal included, as well as flights, transfers and baggage is €521 in November, December or January.  

10. Search for Santa in Lapland

No winter holidays post would be complete without mentioning Lapland, and TUI offer day trips as well as 3-night trips to Levi in December. Stay at the 4-star Panorama Hotel and you will be treated to gorgeous views as well as excellent ski slopes and Levi village on your doorstep.

The three-night package holiday includes rental of thermal clothing, as well as plenty of festive activities such as a husky sledge ride, snowmobile ride and of course a visit to see Santa. What I love about this trip is there is plenty of free time to explore Levi and try skiing or snowboarding too.
