There are many different Seychelles holidays to choose from, with a stay at the famous Anse Source d’Argent beach with its towering granite boulders being one of the most sought after.

1. Five-Star Kempinski Seychelles Resort, Baie Lazare
Look no further than the five-star Kempinski Resort for a pure luxury hotel experience in the Seychelles. For couples looking for lots of activities, this resort has it all. This hotel boasts an olympic length swimming pool, 800 metres of secluded beaches, diving, surfing, yoga on the hills, hiking and nature walks.
The award-winning Kempinski Spa is located in traditional bungalows and has six treatment rooms, including a couple’s massage room. Enjoy the perfect end to a perfect day with a candlelit dinner on the beach overlooking the Indian Ocean – need I say more?

2. Four-Star Coco de Mer Hotel & Black Parrot Suites, Praslin
Located on the idyllic island of Praslin, the recently renovated Coco de Mer & Black Parrot Suites is the ideal location for a romantic stay in the Seychelles. The island can be reached in under an hour by ferry or a short flight from Mahé.
Enjoy stunning sunsets from one of the hotel’s several private beaches. Surrounded by tropical gardens, the chalet style rooms are modern and spacious. Be sure to take in a day trip to La Digue island, just 15 minutes by Catamaran from Praslin, to visit the renowned Anse Source D’Argent beach.
3. Three-Star Bambous River Lodge, Bel Ombre
The Bambous River Lodge is an excellent option for couples looking for Seychelles holidays on a budget. This hidden gem on Mahé Island is consistently well reviewed on TripAdvisor, particularly for couples who are interested in hiring a car and exploring the island.
Each of the lodges are equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, living area and private veranda. Located close to Beau Vallon, one of the most popular beaches in the Seychelles, and less than 30-minute walk from several restaurants, the Bambous River Lodge is superb value.
4. Veuve Noire Beach Hut, Praslin
Located just 100 metres from the beach at St Sauveur, this gorgeous beach hut is a great private rental, and the perfect romantic hideaway. There are two bedrooms, so it could also suit two couples who would like to travel together, or even families looking for relaxing Seychelles holidays. There is a private pool and an outdoor shower, and the kitchen is a food lovers dream.
5. Five-Star Private pool villa at Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa, Beau Vallon
I think the above image of the Hilton Seychelles Northolme speaks for itself – I can almost hear the sound of the rolling waves. The Grand Oceanview Villas with private infinity pool offer breathtaking views over the Indian Ocean, Silhouette Island and Beau Vallon Bay.
Expect nothing less than pure indulgence with four-poster beds, a spacious lounge, bathrobes, whirlpool bath and Nespresso machine. For a special treat, I would recommend ordering a sunset floating tray…you won’t be disappointed!
6. Four-Star Carana Beach chalet with private pool, Glacis
12 of the 40 Ocean View Chalets in the Carana Beach Hotel come with a private plunge pool, making it an ideal choice for a special occasion. Built in 2016, the traditional island architecture of the hotel has a modern twist. This combined with picturesque beach views and white sand will make for an unforgettable stay.
The Lorizon Restaurant sources ingredients from the hotel’s family-owned farm. Why not consider a twin-centre island-hopping holiday, staying in Praslin Island before returning to the Carana Beach for memorable end to your trip.

7. Five-Star Constance Ephelia Hotel, Port Launay
Located on Mahé Island, just under an hour from the airport, the luxurious Constance Ephelia Resort is popular with couples and families alike. The Kids Club is pretty epic, offering a huge range of activities from learning how to cook with the resort chefs, to feeding the onsite tortoises.
This spacious luxury resort, set within 120 hectares, is surrounded by white sandy beaches and tropical hills. Visit the resorts Spa Village for an unforgettable experience, they even offer massages, facials and nail decoration for kids!
8. Four-Star Villas de Jardin, Port Glaud
The spacious one and two-bedroom villas at the Villa de Jardin are the perfect option for families looking for great value self-catering Seychelles holidays. Set in the picturesque hillsides on the west coast of Mahé island, these villas offer a great base to enjoy days filled with memorable family adventures – snorkelling, sailing and beach barbecues.
For some downtime, enjoy the stunning views over the Indian Ocean from the villa’s infinity pool.
9. Three-Star Le Nautique Beachfront Apartments, Anse Royale
For ocean-loving families, you cannot get much closer than a stay at Le Nautique Beachfront Apartments Mahé. These two-bedroom beachfront apartments have a modern fully equipped kitchen, as well as an extra-large private veranda with unobstructed ocean views.
The area is ideal for snorkelling, fishing, kayaking, and the latest family favourite at Le Nautique is stand up paddle boarding. Although officially given a three-star rating, these apartments receive mostly five-star reviews on TripAdvisor.
Seychelles Holidays for groups
10. Ti La Kaz, Four-bedroom Home via Airbnb, Pointe Au Sel
If you are celebrating a special occasion with your extended family or group of friends, the Ti La Kaz luxury four-bedroom house with pool should fit the bill nicely – it sleeps up to 10 guests! The three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor can also be rented on its own.
The swimming pool on the veranda offers beautiful sea views, the perfect setting for evening barbecues. Several restaurants can be found in Anse Royale just 2km away. Reviews from previous guests are excellent with a particular mention of the Superhost, cleanliness and location of the property.
