Contrary to what you might think the average temperature is 29 degrees in July so as well as exploring this unique city you can also chill out by the pool and catch some rays 😎

weeekend in Marrakech

Stroll through the Medina and admire the traditional private mansions, or ‘riads’ as they are more commonly known. These house some of Marrakech’s top hotels now and are definitely worth exploring. Go bargain hunting in the souqs and spend some time on the main square, Djemaa el-Fna. Street artists are everywhere, from snake charmers to cookery shows  – this square is the heart and soul of Marrakech. Don’t worry though, if you are craving some modernity in this old city you can explore the new town, with it’s modern shops, bars and art galleries.
