Looking for something different from your Summer holiday next year? Check out my top ten picks for family holidays in Greece and get planning!
I am a big fan of Greece, I have holidayed there many times and love the scenery, the food, the low cost of living and the laid back atmosphere. I brought my children to Corfu and Zakynthos and they loved them both. High rise blocks are a rarity and over all you get the feeling that you are somewhere a little more tropical, than the typical family resorts in Spain or Portugal.
However, having a laid back pace doesn’t mean you have to compromise on family activities! I have teamed up with TUI, who have their best ever selection of family holidays in Greece, including waterpark holidays and luxury properties, as well as 10 and 11 night stays in Zakynthos and Rhodes. There are more properties added to firm favourites such as Holiday Villages, SplashWorld resorts and Sensatori, as well as some great self-catering options.
All of my picks below have a minimum 4 star rating on tripadvisor and are ideal for family holidays. Another added bonus is that there are no hidden extras. All TUI holidays include flights, accommodation, transfers and checked baggage. And that’s not all, you only need a deposit of €75 to secure a booking, with the balance payable ten weeks before departure. I have priced these holidays for two adults with two children for seven nights during school holidays in July and August, but you can change dates, durations, or number of people travelling, by selecting ‘Edit Search’, once you click on the links below. I hope you enjoy my top family holidays in Greece and that one of these will be suitable for your next family holiday.
