2. Salou: 4-Star Golden Avenida Suites
For a family looking to stay close to the action in Salou, the Golden Avenida is a great choice. The one and two-bedroom air-conditioned suites with kitchenette are modern and spacious, with the largest sleeping up to six.
At Golden Avenida Suites you’ll find both an indoor and outdoor pool in addition to a splash pool where kids are sure to get hours of fun from the slides, mini-flumes, and tipping bucket.

The Land of Legends certainly lives up to the name! This resort is the closest you can get to Orlando, without having to fly Stateside. Located just 20 minutes from Antalya airport, you can enjoy all the fun without the long flight and expensive theme park passes! It is one of the most popular all inclusive resorts for families in Turkey.
This is much more than just a lively holiday resort with a waterpark. The theme park has rollercoasters and rides for kids of all ages and there are two waterparks open during the summer months. At night time you can enjoy light shows, parades and live music, and the all inclusive arrangement is available until midnight.

This top-class hotel ticks all boxes for children of all ages. There is a BabyClub that caters from newborns to 36 months for two hours per day, as well as evening sessions to ensure you have the best holiday with a baby.
Kids clubs are available for 3 to 11-year-olds and there is a Hangout for teens. And, you only have to tell teenagers that you are going to Ibiza on their holidays, and that will keep them happy!

One of the big draws is that all guests enjoy free access to the waterpark next door with fast slides and a pirate-themed play zone with fountains.

Ikos Resorts bring the phrase all-inclusive family holidays to a whole new level. They are arguably the best all inclusive resorts for families in the world.
The all inclusive arrangement includes branded spirits in your mini bar, over 300 wine labels to choose from, waiter service to your sun lounger, 24 hour room service, and you are even given a car for a day to explore the local area.
We were fortunate to stay at a sister Ikos property in Majorca this year and it was superb. The choice of dining options was exceptional and the service was outstanding.
There are countless activities for adults and children, including kids clubs, full entertainment programmes and sports facilities. Ikos are luxury baby friendly resorts too – a baby club or Heroes creche is available for babies aged 6 months to 4 years, although there is a separate charge for this and it needs to be pre-booked.
TUI offer package holidays to Ikos resorts which usually work out better value than booking flights and hotels separately.

Puerto Pollensa is one of my favourite resorts in Majorca so I simply had to include one of its all inclusive family hotels on this list! The Playa Mar Hotel has been a popular choice with families for many years, and while it does not have as many family activities as some of the other properties listed here, its idyllic location and family friendly facilities are sure to please.
There is a tropical-style pool a children’s splash park with slides, as well as a Kids Club, Mini Disco and theatre with nightly entertainment. Parents will love the Spa with indoor pool and hydro circuit too.

The Jupiter Albufeira Hotel – Family & Fun will surely live up to the name! It has all you need for a fun filled family holiday in the lively resort of Albufeira.

A day and evening entertainment program as well as baby club, kids and teen clubs will ensure a fun filled family holiday for all ages.
Almost all kids’ clubs are free, and there are special parties 3 evenings a week for 1.5 to 2 hours so parents can enjoy a date night – small charge applies. This is one of the best all inclusive holidays for families with young children. Family rooms and suites are available that sleep up to four.

The 5-Star H10 Rubicon Palace is the perfect place to go if you want a choice of dining options and a host of family-friendly facilities on site. There are five swimming pools, six restaurants and four bars, as well as a choice of sports activities and nightly shows.
The hotel also boasts an indoor pool and spa which is perfect for family holidays in Lanzarote during the winter time. It is located just 250m from a small beach and a short taxi ride from the centre of Playa Blanca. A range of kids clubs including a pirate ship with water games completes a luxury family holiday experience.
The H10 Rubicon Palace can be sold on a bed and breakfast basis, half board, or all inclusive arrangement, in family rooms that sleep up to four.

This is one of the best family apartments in Majorca. We spent a week there when my children were younger and the kids loved it. It is located just a few minutes from the beach and the centre of Cala Bona, where there is an ample choice of restaurants and bars. If you want to venture further afield, the larger resort of Cala Millor is about a thirty minute walk.
You don’t need to venture outside the resort though as the facilities on-site are excellent. There is a children’s splash park with a giant pirate ship and there is day and night time entertainment, including a mini-disco in the evening. Kids are spoilt for choice with kids clubs and a multi-sports court, there is also a crèche for children under 3 years.

The MarBella Hotel is considered one of the best luxury hotels in Corfu. I have had great feedback from guests who holidayed here, with many remarking how the hotel manages to cater equally well for adults and children. It is also a popular choice with families who have babies, as it has a creche facility from 4 months to 4 years.

Pegasos World is one of the most popular family all inclusive hotels in Turkey. It has a waterpark on site with 13 slides and boasts a superb beachfront location. It is also close to the ancient ruins of Side and shopping town of Manavgat.
There is a choice of dining options and an extensive day and evening entertainment programme as well as a kids club ( 4 years+), mini disco and nightly shows in the amphitheatre.

Adventure Land is home to a multi-sports court and football pitch, and there is a host of water sports available at the beach. Located right on the seafront, this five-star hotel has one of the most popular family hotels in Lanzarote. It’s Star Camp includes separate kids clubs for children and teens, a soft play area for toddlers, and there is a splash park with eight slides on site.
Adults are not overlooked either, with a separate chill out zone with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and Balinese beds by a private pool.

TUI have seven action-packed Holiday Village Resorts to choose from this summer, and they are some of the most popular All Inclusive resorts for families.
The five-star Holiday Village Atlantica is one of these, and boasts four outdoor pools, an indoor pool, as well as an adventure splash park with waterslides and a lazy river. There are three à la carte restaurants to choose from, as well as a huge buffet restaurant.

Various kids clubs are available from 3 to 15 year olds with a crèche facility for infants. Activities are not run of the mill either – try kayaking, raft building, aeroball (basketball on a trampoline) or the aerial adventure course. There is even an astro football pitch. Kids from age 3 can learn to swim with qualified instructors and the football academy has qualified UEFA coaches, teaching 5-15 year olds some of their skills.
If this all sounds like too much, you can chill out on the beach, just five minutes away, or relax in the plush spa. Entertainment goes on until late at night with live music, shows and a mini-cinema. The Holiday Village Atlantica Rhodes is a Travellers Choice winner on TripAdvisor too.

The Spring Hotel Bitácora is one of the best family hotels in Tenerife, and is ideally suited to families who want to stay in the heart of Playa de Las Americas – Tenerife’s liveliest resort. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach and main shopping areas, but is also surrounded by subtropical gardens, so it offers the best of both worlds.
The main attraction for families are the impressive pool areas. There are three pools including one with a large multilane slide, and spiral slides which kids will love.
